Support

Need a hand, spotted a problem, or want to suggest something? Email us at support@dailypoetry.co. We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days. Reports about comments are handled on their own timetable: see below.

What we can help with

To help us respond quickly, please include your device and app version, and - for a bug - what you did and what happened.

Comments and reporting

Readers can comment under a poem, an analysis or a poet, under an automatically generated reader name. Comments must follow the rules in the Comments section of our Terms: no hate, harassment or threats, no sexually explicit content, no spam, and no one else's private information.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No sign-in is needed. Reading the daily poem needs no account or sign-up. (If you open the comments, the app creates a reader name for you automatically; see the Privacy Policy.)

Who writes the analyses?

The analyses and author biographies are produced with the help of machine-learning software, and they can contain mistakes. If you see an error, use the error report in the app or email us.

Why one poem a day?

Daily Poetry centers each day on a single, unhurried poem rather than an endless feed. If you want to look back, a History library lets you revisit poems from earlier days.

Which languages are supported?

You can choose the languages you read in from a broad list in Settings. Poems are currently published in English, French, Russian, Hebrew, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Chinese, Persian, and Arabic - each set in its own literary type - with more being added over time.
